Made it to Friday. Barely. And I just found out my kids have Monday off school for no reason. WHY WORLD??

You guys. This weather. It’s killing me. While I know all the snow is good for skiing and our water supply, it’s not good for my mental well being. I’m dreaming of Summer and can’t wait for the warmer temps. This Five on Friday is all things warm temps and summer and sun and NO SNOW WHATSOEVER.

I don’t go into Walmart often, but sometimes they DO in fact have cute, inexpensive things. Their Juniors Graphic Swimsuits are super cute, totally worth the $19 price tag. Speaking of showing skin, and summer…always makes me want to get a tattoo. Macale has two, I have none. I just can’t commit. I can however do a Temporary One, and there are some SO CUTE ones these days. Def buying these, mostly b/c they’ll satisfy that tattoo longing so I don’t wake up one morning with a Unicorn on my forehead.

Anyone else hate buying birthday gifts for friends? It’s a lot of pressure to come up with something worth giving. I was in an expensive boutique in Park City recently and saw the best, most fun gift ever. Only it was out of the “friend gift” price range. Not unlike any other day, Amazon saves it again. They had the exact same gift, only with a price I could stomach. I must have a big little problem b/c I think this might just be the best gift ever. Hint Hint anyone.

Moving on. I do have a fun winter escape trip planned for end of March that I’m so very excited about. It involves California and Wine. Lots and lots of wine. It cannot come soon enough. My plan for the weekend is drinking, jello shooting, not cutting off a piece of my finger, wearing green everything, making my kids wear green everything, day drinking on Main Street, eating Lucky Charms for every meal and all around hoping to be LUCKY AF.
